Le Beat Pack vendu dans le cadre de cette entente contient exclusivement des licences non exclusives. L’acheteur ne peut revendiquer l’exclusivité sur aucun des beats contenus dans le Beat Pack, ni empêcher leur utilisation par d’autres acheteurs ou parties.
3. Ententes exclusives
Pour toute demande ou négociation concernant une licence exclusive, l’acheteur est prié de communiquer directement avec nous via l’adresse courriel fournie ou par le biais de notre site web officiel.
4. Acceptation
En procédant à l’achat, l’acheteur reconnaît avoir lu, compris et accepté les termes de cette entente.
This document constitutes a final sales agreement between the buyer and the seller regarding the product referred to as the Beat Pack.

The Beat Pack sold under this agreement contains non-exclusive licenses only. This means the buyer is granted the right to use the musical compositions included in the Beat Pack for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of the non-exclusive license, without exclusivity or transfer of copyright.
2. Restrictions
The buyer may not claim exclusivity over any of the beats included in the Beat Pack, nor prevent their use by other buyers or third parties.
